Sports and Music: A combination to get a healthy lifestyle. Sports! that would be the most appropiate word to describe what I am actually doing recently. There are two main reasons why I am loving it: 1) Fun and 2) To burn the so-called bad cholesterol (LDL ). I used to love playing badminton but nowadays playing soccer is much more interesting.
